Caroline Bitton grew up in a small rural town in Manitoba. She grew up primarily speaking French. She has moved within the province quite a bit due to her husband working for Manitoba Hydro. Since he does not work for Hydro any longer, they have chosen to settle down in Morden. Her and her husband, Ryan, have 2 young boys together.
Caroline completed her Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 2004 from the University of Manitoba. She worked as a rural nurse in several clinical areas. Seeing a need for help within the primary care area, she enrolled in the Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Manitoba in 2007. She completed her Master’s in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner program in 2009. She started working in her hometown of St Pierre-Jolys as the first Nurse Practitioner in that clinic. She enjoys all clinical areas but has a special interest in sexual health and women’s health.
Her interests include boating, water sports, crossFit, yoga, biking, crafts, reading, and spending time with family at the cottage in Moose Lake. She strives and advocates for balance in her personal, family and work life. A huge component of this includes an active lifestyle combined with healthy eating.
Caroline and her family chose Morden as it has so much to offer. It has that small town feel with lots of amenities, recreational activities, and a French Immersion school program for her 2 boys. The French language is very important to her and knowing more than 1 language is always an asset. The Lake is definitely a nice attraction too. They also have friends in the area and are now closer to both of their extended families.Back to Team
